Work Effort / Time Reporting Workshop

Course Description: Work effort tracking and reporting must be integrated with function point information to create the productivity ratios for Function Point Analysis. Time reporting issues and suggested solutions are presented to the management team for adaptation to their organization.

·         Understand the impact of time reporting issues on productivity measurement.

·         Understand the need for consistency in time reporting.

·         Decide who should report time within the organization.

·         Determine how to handle reporting of non-project hours.

·         Learn to make decisions on categorizing project and support hours.
