Metrics for the Software Engineering Life Cycle Workshop

Course Description: Using Metrics, and Metrics Analysis, must be integrated with all life cycles in use in the organization. SELC management and reporting issues are presented to the project/management team for adaptation to their organization.

·         Understand the impact of metric reporting issues during the conduct of a project.

·         Understand the need for metrics consistency in life cycle reporting.

·         Decide who should report/review project metrics within the development cycle.

·         Determine how to handle reporting of metrics at various steps in the development cycle.

·         Make decisions on categorizing project life cycle reporting.

Target Audience: The project/management team that will be responsible for making decisions affecting the application development and maintenance process.
