Cost Reporting Workshop

Course Description: Cost tracking must be integrated with function point information to create the financial ratios for Function Point Analysis. Cost reporting issues are presented to the management team for adaptation to their organization.

·         Understand the impact of cost reporting issues on productivity measurement.

·         Understand the need for consistency in cost reporting.

·         Decide who should report costs within the organization.

·         Determine how to handle reporting of costs at various steps in the development life cycle.

·         Learn to how to make decisions on categorizing project and support cost reporting.
