Carol is one of the leading industry experts in Function Point Analysis, software estimating, software measurement, quality, and project management. She is also the Past-President of the International Function Point Users Group (IFPUG) -- one of the largest and most influential metrics organizations in the world. Ms. Dekkers is a Project Editor for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) software engineering standards on functional size measurement (ISO/IEC TR 14143-5 Determination of Functional Domains)
