The full program consists of 4 days of "pre-requisite workshops" (for those who do not have project management, requirements, or metrics skills) and 4 days of scope manager specific skills development workshops, culminating on the 5th day with the Certified Scope Manager exam (administered in conjunction with the European Certificates Association).
